1. Early-access service
Mathosis is an experimental habit tracking and routine planning website. Features may change, contain errors or be temporarily unavailable. The current service does not promise permanent storage, cloud backup, account recovery or uninterrupted availability.
2. Your responsibility for data
Habit records are currently stored in your browser. You are responsible for exporting backups, protecting access to your device and checking exports before relying on them. Clearing browser storage, changing devices or browser policies can remove records.
3. Acceptable use
You may use Mathosis for personal habit and routine tracking. You must not attempt to disrupt the service, bypass access controls, distribute malicious code, scrape the site in a way that harms availability, impersonate the operator, or use the service for unlawful activity.
4. No medical, mental-health or professional advice
Mathosis provides general planning and reflection tools. It does not diagnose, treat or prevent a medical or mental-health condition and is not a substitute for qualified professional advice. Do not use habit scores or wellness notes to make urgent health decisions.
5. Ownership
You retain rights to the original content you enter. The Mathosis name, interface, original copy and software remain with their respective owner or licensors. These terms do not grant a right to resell, clone or falsely present the service as your own.
6. Third-party services
The website relies on hosting infrastructure and uses Google Fonts. Those services have separate terms and privacy practices. Mathosis is not responsible for third-party services outside its control.
7. No current payments
There is no authorised Mathosis subscription checkout today. The ₹199/month plan shown on the pricing page is a proposal, not a current sale. Billing, cancellation, refund and tax terms must be published before payments open.
8. Disclaimer and limitation
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the early-access service is provided “as is” without a promise that it will meet every requirement or remain error-free. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.
9. Suspension and changes
Access may be limited to protect the service or respond to misuse. If terms materially change, the effective date on this page will be updated. Continued use after a change means the revised terms apply where permitted by law.
10. Operator details and commercial launch
The operator’s verified legal name, business address, support contact, governing-law clause and formal dispute process have not yet been published. Those details are required before a commercial launch. Until then, use the current contact route for questions and do not submit payment information.
